Finally it is to be observed as a chief condition of this Contract, that nei­ ther the first settling of this establishment, nor its continuance shall in any man­ ner cause any disbursement to the City of Copenhagen or the public authorities of this Country, but that the same shall be erected and continue at the costs and charges of the Company. Agreeably hereto this Contract is to be interpreted in the case of different opinions respectively.
