B. INCIDENTS (Non-Urgent and Urgent): 1. Exhibit B shows each month and End of the Year Statistics of Incidents for Ganado Fire, NN Law Enforcement, and Community Training:

a.Ganado Fire District (GFD) Incidents 1. 118 for the month of October 2019 2. 1319 for the Year of 2019

b.Navajo Nation Law Enforcement (NNLE) Incidents 1. 40 Call Taker for the month of October 2019 2. 471 for the Year of 2019 c. Community Training 1. 63 Community Member were certified for two (2) years in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training 2. 13 Community Member were certified for two years in Fire Safety and Extinguishing Training 2. Exhibit C shows the summary of the different types of Incident for each month and End of the Year. C. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1. COMMUNITY

a.October 4, 2019 [9am-4pm MST]: American Safety and Health Institution (ASHI) Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training for forty (40) Sanders Preferred Sands Plant employees. b.October 6-12, 2019: “Annual National Fire Prevention Week” . This year theme was “PLAN and PRACTICE your ESCAPE! A Big Thank You to Mrs. Celeste Jackson, Volunteer Firefighter II/EMT-B for arranging all the Presentations with the following schools: 1. Ganado Unified School District, 2. KDLO Community School, 3. Nazlini Community School, Greasewood Community School, and Navajo Nation Head Start for Ganado, Kinlichee, Steamboat, Cornfields, & Nazlini School. c. October 7, 2019 [9am-4pm]: ASHI Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training monthly schedule training held at the Ganado Fire Station Training Room. d.October 9, 2019 [9pm-1pm]: GFD monthly scheduled Fire Safety and Extinguisher Training for the community was held at Station One – Ganado Fire Station Training Room. e.October 23, 2019 [6pm-8pm]: Regular Ganado Fire Governing Board Meeting at Station One Training Room. f. October 25, 2019 [9am-4pm]: Scheduled ASHI CPR/AED and Basic First Aid Training at Jeddito Chapter House for staff and community members requested by Jeddito CHR Personnel. Upon start of training (9am) only two people signed up for the training, so the class was cancelled for lack of student participation.
