Ray White Canberra understands that the relationship between us is based on effective communication.

During any marketing period, you will receive an sms and/or email when; • A tenant books to attend an inspection, • If they cancel the inspection, • If they attend and what their indicated intentions are, • When they make an application. • We will contact you to discuss any application for tenancy and make our recommendations to you. • You will also be contacted when the tenancy agreement has been signed. A written and photographic ingoing condition report will be created that records the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy and a copy will be emailed to you for your records.

You will receive a copy of each inspection that is conducted via email.

You will receive a detailed monthly statement via email after the month has rolled over.

Each year, you will receive an income and expenditure statement that details all total income and outgoings broken down to the relevant month.

In all other circumstance, you will be contacted directly as required. You will have access to your property managers direct telephone number and email address.
