the coming months. Updating a site invariably breaks things as they must be fixed as issues arise. After discussion it was decided to put this off until late summer or fall when the use of the site is at a minimum.

Secretary – Frank Corcoran Frank talked about a discussion he had with a member who was not sure they would be at the club this summer due to being out of town. The member was looking for a solution to covering his work hours. They discussed 3 options. 1.) Go on leave of absence. 2.) Get another person to work his hours. 3.) Make the payment for work or pay. The member opted to get another person to work his hours so that resolved the issue. Supplies – Dale Hall Dale indicated that it had been quiet. He confirmed that we will be receiving a bill from BEVO which is the company that gives us year-round support for our POS system. He will present the bill at the next board meeting. Dale indicated the POS systems have be hooked up for software updates over the winter. Transportation – Darryl Campbell No report Leslie advises the following: Milliken is booked solid until the harbor is staffed and then I will find out what wells might be available. Details and cost are in the works for Milliken outing that include Food Truck for Friday night arrivals, the Michigan Peddler which is a pub crawl, bus transportation for the pub crawl, individual bike rentals from the wheelhouse, buffet at Andrews on the corner for Saturday evening, and a Sunday morning gathering. DYC, we have at least 20 wells that will be made available for the July DYC outing. We will provide further confirmations once the harbor is open and detail of that weekend will be forthcoming. Lexington, A fan out will be going out for the Lexington September outing. Members can make their reservations 6 months in advance which would be March 6. Fleet Captain – Leslie Leach

Status of OD Manuals /POS Manual for 2019 Frank Corcoran said the manuals are in the works and he is working on content for the manuals. He is also waiting on policies from the policy committee that will be put into the manuals.
