By Laws Discussion The board had a discussion regarding by laws and decided what needs to be sent over to the by law committee. 2019 Committees and assignments P/C Pat Carroll advised the nominating committee is comprised of the following members: P/C Pat Carroll (Chairman)

P/C Brian McEvoy P/C Bill Hendricks

Diane French Carla Verkest Pat Adams

Motion moved by Debbie Siwek and seconded by Brian Fringer to approve the nominating committee. Motion carried.

Rooms for the Codgers The board had a discussion and decided it was appropriate to follow the policies regarding rooms and that the OD will make the final decision the day of the event. Glass Dishwasher John Sweier is forming a committee to look at the possibilities with the message that the club is considering going green. Commodore Ian will take the item off the agenda until the committee completes its findings. It was noted that this would be a 2020 project. Incoming Rendezvous Commodore Ian Blackburn provided a handout with details regarding the incoming rendezvous for 2019. The following incoming rendezvous were approved:
