Weekday Dockage Price

The board discussed changing the weekday dockage price to $2.00 per foot. Motion Moved by Brian Fringer and seconded by John Sweier to change weekday dockage price to $2.00 per foot. Motion carried.

Mainland Well Lease/Approval Commodore Ian Blackburn provided a handout of our summer well lease agreement for discussion and It was agreed that it would be placed on the agenda for the next meeting. Wertz Warriors After much discussion, the board agreed to uphold the decision of the 2018 board and not approve the Wertz Warriors request to host their fundraiser event at NCYC. It was agreed that Commodore Ian Blackburn would e mail them regarding the board’s decision and wish them well in their fund-raising efforts.

Motion moved by R/C Glenn Nixon and seconded by John Sweier to uphold the decision of the 2018 board. Motion carried.

Cash Reserve P/C Randy Pagel said The Cash Reserve Committee voted to invest a portion of the reserve fund into a short-term CD. Motion: Moved by P/C Randy Pagel and seconded by Glenn Nixon to look for an appropriate short- term CD. Motion carried. Member of Month Motion moved by V/C Bill Calihan and seconded by P/C Randy Pagel to make Bill and Lola Edens the member of the month for providing the photo booth at the Commodores Ball. Motion Carried.
