3. The exclusive legal domicile is the Hotel's seat if the Client is a businessman or if he has no residence or usual place of stay in Germany at the time when the agreement is concluded, if he has moved his residence or his usual place of stay abroad after the conclusion of the agreement, or his residence or his usual place of stay are unknown at the time when an action is filed. The Hotel reserves the right to file an action against the Client even at his general legal domicile. 4. German law shall apply by excluding the UN Sales Convention as well as the conflict of laws provisions. 5. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be ineffective or void, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. As for the rest, the statutory regulations shall apply.
