Merchandising Standards

Linens/Wares – Home Organization • Hangers • Closet organizers

• Keep like items together • Merchandise vertically by 3’ to 4’ sections • Adjust the shelves to fit the product • Keep shelving consistent as much as possible • Hanging merchandise on peg hooks is always displayed above items on shelves • No merchandise placed on shelf below hanging items

• Neatly banded and merchandised “flip style” in baskets with dividers

• Storage Containers

• Smaller on the top to larger on the bottom • Does not mater what material the containers are made of • May be merchandised on angled shelf with fencing shelved items • May be pegged above hanging or shelved items

• Wall hooks

*These items may be tagged as wares but are merchandised within the Linen department
