Research/Project Technician—Micronutrients Laboratory  Modification, validation and implementation of published methods for routine laboratory use.  Development and documentation of QA/QC procedures for the chemistry laboratory.  Responsible for training of new staff as well as refresher training for established staff.  Involved in day to day running of a laboratory, including ensuring good laboratory practice to ISO 17025: IANZ Signatory  Maintained and repaired HPLC, ICP-OES, GC, FIA equipment.
