Несколько суровая архитектура сооружения, вставшего между городом и Финским заливом, открывает доступ к нему широкими лестницами, перешагивающими через кровлю здания, с которого открываются виды на водную гладь и старый Таллинн. The somewhat severe architecture of this building, standing between the city and the Gulf of Finland, features broad stairs overstepping the building’s roof that provide entry to the interior as well as pictur- esque views over the water and old Tallinn.
