This complex’s composition, comprising three open rings united by a central vestibule, is somewhat formulaic and contradicts the spirit of modernist aesthetics. However, certain fragments of the freestanding water tower and the stair at the heart of the complex with their fantastic articulations present interest deserving of inclusion in this anthology. F.
