1/2 Amer Picon. 1/2 Sweet Vermouth. Stir and Strain.

1 glass Port Wine. 1 teaspoonful Brandy. Stir and Strain. Twist Orange Peel.

Pink Lady

1/2 White of Egg. 1 Glass Gin.

Princess Mary

1/3 Dry Gin. 1/3 Cream. 1/3 Creme de Cacao. Shake and Strain.

1 tablespoonful Grenadine. Shake well and Strain into double Cocktail glass.

Planters

Princeton

1/2 Rum. 1/2 Orange Juice. 1 Dash Lemon Juice. Shake and Strain.

2/3 Gin. 1/3 Port Wine.

Dash Orange Bitters. Lemon Peel on top. Stir and Strain.

Plaza

1/3 Dry Gin. 1/3 Sweet Vermouth. 1/3 Dry Vermouth. 1 Slice Pineapple. Shake well and Strain.

Quarter Deck 2/3 Rum. 1/3 Sherry.

1 Dash Lime Juice. Stir and Strain.
