Introduction of Candidates: PC Don Vanover introduced the candidates for the 2016 Board. Each candidate gave a short introduction speech. Cash Reserve: Ken Lipowski and Phil Maniaci Board of Directors: Brian Fringer, Scott Greenfelder, Tom Martin, John Swier, Leslie Leitch and Bill Calihan. Rear Commodore: Randy Pagel and PC Bill Hendricks. PC Bill Hendricks was accepted by the current Board of Directors as a valid candidate for Rear Commodore. However, PC Bill has decided to officially resign from the slate as a candidate for Rear Commodore.

Member of the Month:

Month of August: Shelby Romatz

Month of September: PC Tom and Judy McHugh

Good of the order: Darryl Campbell stated that 'no shows' for the work or pay weekend duties are a problem. We need people to work and the $50 per hour fine is not getting any more members to show up. He suggested we charge $20-30 per hour to hire people to work in place of the "no-shows" with the remaining funds to go to the club to handle administrative costs, this would solve the manpower problem. PC Bob Watson questioned on how will the workers payouts be handled. PC Cass Klapec commented that in the past we made sure that people understood that they need to work at the interview. Brian Malik also commented that new members need to understand that they must put in the hours not just pay.

Greg Criner reminded everyone that the Golf Outing is coming up in September. We need golfers to participate. Please let me know now so I can plan.
