2018 Annual Benefits Enrollment

Annual Enrollment is Now Open! November 1 – November 22, 2017

This year, Annual Enrollment is passive. Your 2017 benefit elections will carry forward into 2018 at the new costs. You do not need to take action if you do not want to make changes to your benefits next year - EXCEPT for:

 Flexible Spending Accounts, and

 INTERVENT wellness rewards

Get Rewarded INTERVENT is the key to accessing all of Compass Group’s wellness offerings and rewards. You can begin earning your 2018 rewards in two easy steps: Step 1 - Take Your Health Risk Assessment (HRA) at www.myintervent.com/ compassgroup and earn a $2 per week credit toward your 2018 medical deductions. Step 2 - After you and/or your spouse have completed the HRA, you can each earn an additional $2 per week credit by completing a ‘Next Step’ navigation call with INTERVENT. To receive your wellness rewards as early as possible in 2018, you must complete the INTERVENT HRA by November 30, 2017 - but you can take the HRA at any time during the year. Any rewards earned after November 30, 2017 will be applied to your benefits within four to six weeks after they are earned.

If you do not enroll during your eligibility period, you will not be able to enroll or make changes at a later time - unless you have a qualified life event, employment status change or you qualify for a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) special enrollment.
