Attaching Supporting Documentation In certain circumstances, you may need to attach supporting documentation to your funding request. Please refer to the Warehouse Lending Program Guide for details. Note: Texas Capital Bank reserves the right to request additional documents upon review of the file. If additional documents are required for funding, a Texas Capital Bank Relationship Specialist will contact you via phone or email with the document request. Follow the steps below to attach the required documents. 1. Scan the documents into a single PDF 2. Click on Tasks . 3. Click on Attach Funding Package . Result: The Collateral Search tab appears with a list of collateral records. Note: For funding requests requiring supporting documents, funding packages must be attached individually to the appropriate funding request. 4. Locate the record. 5. Right click on the Collateral ID .

Result: A pop-up menu appears with a list of actions. 6. Select Attach Document File from the pop-up menu. Result: The Attach File window appears.

7. Click on the Add button and select the scanned document file for the funding request. 8. Click on Open . Result: The scanned document file is added to the list.
