Importing a Release Request into WarehouseNow ® This request MUST be completed before the cut-off time on the day the note is scheduled to ship. Requests made after the cut-off time will not ship until the next business day. Please refer to the Warehouse Lending Program Guide for a listing of cut-off times. 1. Login to WarehouseNow ® . 2. Click on Tasks . 3. Click on Enter Shipping Request . 4. Click the Import button. 5. Under Script , click on Import Customer_Phase 1 6. Click on the Import tab.

7. Click on the Browse button. 8. Click Add File . 9. Locate and select the completed Release Request Spreadsheet file and click Open . 10. Click on the OK button to close the window. 11. Click on the Submit button. Result: The Process Monitor tab opens and the results are displayed.
