Checking the Status of Your Note You can view the status of your notes by checking the icons and the stage/date field for your loan. To view a list of collateral records: 1. Click on Search . 2. Click on Collateral . Result: The Collateral Search tab opens. 3. Input your customer code into the Customer field.

4. Click the Actions button. 5. From the drop-down menu select, Select Result Set . 6. Select Collateral Results – Shipment View .

7. Click the Find Now button. Result: A list of collateral records appears.
