Locating the FedEx Tracking Information You can locate the Tracking Information for your collateral by following the steps below: 1. Click on Search . 2. Click on Collateral . Result: The Collateral Search tab opens. 3. Input your customer code into the Customer field.

4. Click the Actions button. 5. From the drop-down menu select, Select Result Set . 6. Select Collateral Results – Shipment View . 7. Click on the Find Now button. Result: A list of collateral records appears. 8. Right click on the Shipment Sak number of the note you wish to track. Result: A pop-up menu appears with a choice of two actions. • View – Displays the Shipment information. Use this option when the Update Tracking Info option is no longer enabled. • Update Tracking Info – Only available while the shipment is between the Released and Delivered stages. Selecting this option will cause the system to query FedEx and retrieve updated tracking information for the Shipment tab.

9. Select Update Tracking Info if available or View (if Update Tracking Info is disabled) from the pop-up menu. Result: The Shipment information appears to the right of the screen.
