With the WarehouseNow ® system, you do not need to provide a purchase advice. Instead, users will apply payments to the loans in WarehouseNow ® . There are two ways to input this information: • Creating a Payment Detail Spreadsheet and importing it into the system • Manually entering payment details into WarehouseNow ® . Users should log into WarehouseNow ® throughout the day to check for new wires. Users of our BankNow ® system can also be set up to receive email notification when new wires are received in the system. Note: Payment details uploaded or manually input prior to the cutoff time are processed the same day. Payment details received after the cutoff time are processed the following business day. Please refer to the Warehouse Lending Program Guide for a listing of cut-off times. The investor proceeds less principal, interest, and fees will be deposited to your Texas Capital Bank Remittance Account the day after the payment is processed. Texas Capital Bank charges interest up to the date the loan payment is processed, not as of the wire receipt date. Please ensure that the payment detail information is entered into WarehouseNow ® in a timely manner to avoid additional interest charges.
