At Texas Capital Bank, we rely on a team approach to fully support our clients. Contact information for your support team will be provided at the time of on-boarding and may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the matrix below to understand the different roles and responsibilities of your support team.

Relationship Managers are responsible for the overall relationship with Texas Capital Bank (TCB). They are located in your market area and will be in your office on a regular basis to provide updates, introduce new programs, and serve as trusted industry advisors. In addition to being your initial point of contact, they advocate on your behalf and are available to answer many of your questions. Relationship Specialists are located in our Operations Center. They provide client support on a day-to-day basis and serve as the primary contact for loans on your warehouse facility. They review and authorize funding requests, assist with exception requests, and facilitate special approvals. They also handle all collateral, shipping, payment, and payoff inquiries. CMG Specialists are located in our Operations Center. They work with the RM to support you at the account level, which includes preparing the warehouse agreement, activating temporary facility increases, keeping insurance policies up-to-date, and guiding you through the annual renewal process. Depending on your role, you may or may not work with them directly. The Client Support team is located in our Operations Center. They ensure the timely set up of closing agents, facilitate WarehouseNow ® technical support requests, and route requests for special approvals.
