Warehouse Lending clients are encouraged to utilize encryption software when emailing sensitive borrower information. Some additional reminders include: • When forwarding or replying to emails, read previous messages to ensure that no sensitive information is included. If so, delete or send via encrypted email • When forwarding a loan pipeline report or other attachments, always use encrypted email • When renewing your TCB Warehouse Credit Facility, send the application and any supporting documents via encrypted email • When in doubt, send the email via encrypted email • Account Balances • Account Numbers • Addresses • Age • Birth Dates • Credit Card Numbers
