General Report Options On each report listed in this section, you will need to select the report format from the Action drop-down list on the options screen. Listed below are the most common formats used.

Description

Extract – CSV

Exports the report data as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. Exports the report data as an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file. Exports the report into a formatted Adobe PDF file. Exports the report into a formatted Microsoft Excel file. Looks similar to the PDF version; however, you can interact with the table.

Below the Action drop-down list on the options screen, you will see checkboxes. Listed below is a description of each.

Create Header Check this box to add headers to your CSV and XML report. Include Report Options Check this box to include a view of the options you selected to run the report on the report itself.

Note: Fields highlighted in yellow show our recommended selections. All fields in this guide marked with N/A should be left blank and/or no selection is required.
