M203 Portfolio Basic Status Report The M203 Portfolio Basic Status Report provides a complete listing of all active loans on your TCB warehouse facility. The loans are listed in loan number/alpha order and separated in the appropriate categories. This report provides details on a loan level, name, account number, date the note was received, the note amount, collateral value, loan balance, interest rate, product type, investor code, shipped date, and number of days the loan has been on the line (aging). 1. Click on Reports . 2. Click on M203 Portfolio Basic Status Report . 3. Under the Action drop-down menu, select a format. Recommended formats:

• SSRS – PDF – Portfolio Basic Status • SSRS – Excel – Portfolio Basic Status

4. Select the Report Options .
