COMPLETED-STATUS : When the IR record has been approved through its workflow states, its [EC_STATE] (referencing the life-cycle status of the IR record) will automatically change to COMPLETED :

The IR record’s associated documents were automatically RELEASED. The IR record was accepted and it has reached the end of its life cycle processes. The IR record is closed and available for read-only access.
