Life Cycle of an EC Record – ECR

From the incorporating ECN record’s [ ECR ] grid, the users can see the assigned ECR records, noting that the incorporated ECR records’ [EC_STATE] is properly set to PENDING :

The ECR record will be visible from the [ ECR ] grid from its parent/ incorporating ECN record. The ECR record is still closed and available for read-only access.

NOTE: If the ECR record is removed from its parent/ incorporating ECN record or if its parent/ incorporating ECN record is terminated, then the ECR record’s [EC_STATE] (referencing the life-cycle status of the ECR record) will automatically change back to ACCEPTED .
