Workflow – Group Review Workflow States

During the meeting, a single approve/reject action against an EC record’s GROUP REVIEW STATE is applied for each of the decision makers that are currently “signed-in”.

The expected information is recorded and visible from the EC record’s [ WORKFLOW_EVENT_LOG ] grid:

Optionally, the administrator can configure the environment to automatically update the relative EC record’s fields with the “signed-in” decision makers’ names from the GROUP REVIEW STATE approval process:

If a decision maker from each of the assigned groups for the GROUP REVIEW STATE are “signed in” and the EC record is approved, then the EC record will be approved out of the GROUP REVIEW STATE.
