Workflow – Group Review Workflow States

For the following example, the decision maker from the Purchasing Department that was virtually “signed-in” (MARCIE), has had to leave the meeting early and there is no one else available to represent the Purchasing Department. Using the [Group Review Sign-In] utility, MARCIE can “sign-out” during the middle of the meeting using its [Sign Out] Button . The other decision makers can remain “signed-in” and continue to review the EC records accordingly, approving/rejecting them as needed.

While only some of the decision makers are “signed-in”, the approval process for a GROUP REVIEW STATE will properly capture the signatures of the decision makers that are presently “signed-in” (3 of 4 members as follows):
