The purpose of the Progress Clock is to provide a quick visual representation of where the EC record is progressed within its defined workflow states. For example: 1. If the EC record has been approved through one of its four defined workflow states, the Progress Clock will show that it is ¼ filled: . 2. If the EC record has been approved through two of its four defined workflow states, the Progress Clock will show that it is ½ filled: . 3. Etc…

The Process Name displays the name of the defined workflow process that the EC record is assigned to. The administrator configures the workflow definitions that determine how an EC record gets automatically assigned to the specific workflow process.

Decision makers are assigned to Workflow States so they can approve or reject the EC record accordingly. The Workflow States are defined by the administrator and assigned to the specific workflow process in the specified order. The current Workflow State that the EC record is waiting to be approved/rejected from is highlighted in yellow and the other Workflow States have a white background.
