The lower portion of the EC Data Form contains action Buttons :

The action Buttons area is context sensitive, meaning that the available action Buttons that are visible (and enabled or disabled), is directly dependent on the mode of the EC Data Form (View vs. New vs. Edit) as well as whether or not the EC Data Form is in workflow.
