Accessing Existing EC Records – Assigning Documents

2. Open the ECN Data Form and change its mode to Edit:

As noted in previous sections of this documentation, there are several ways to find desired EC records to open their EC Data Form. For this example, select the already assigned part’s record from within MechWorks PDM and then select the specific ECN from its [ EC ] grid:

Right-mouse select the specific ECN record and then select the [View] command to open the ECN Data Form in View mode:
