Thomas J. Cahill, Barrister-at-Law (U.C.D. and King's Inns) and member of the Chartered Institute of Transport in Ireland on the occasion of the award of a Master's Degree in Letters at the University of Dublin (Trinity Collage). This uward followed his post graduate research by Thesis into DrugĀ»'Law and its Enforcement in the Republic of Ireland. The occasion was also marked by a presentation to him by the Law Society of an original plaque representing The Scales of Justice. Mr. Cahill is a Consultant to the Society's Law School in Advocacy and Criminal Law.
