Rewards Access your Rewards Points associated with your Citadel Debit and Credit Cards. Select Rewards from the main menu. Select the card you would like to work with by choosing your card number. You will be automatically signed into the CU Rewards website where you can browse and redeem your points.” Open An Account You can open a Certificate, Checking or additional Savings Account within Online or Mobile Banking. Choose Open An Account from the main menu. Select the account number you would like to associate the new account with. Select the Account type (Certificate, Checking, Savings). Then select a share type (Certificate term, Checking Account choice, Savings Account choice). Enter a promotional code if it applies. Check the box to agree to the disclosures and click Submit . Simply choose the account you would like to apply under and the loan type. You can complete the loan application and Submit . • Choosing 'Real Estate Loan' (Mortgage or Home Equity), will take you to our Real Estate Loan application in a new window. Complete the application and Submit . Investments View all of your Investment Accounts with Citadel with one click or tap. To access your Investment accounts, select Services then Investments from the main menu. Lost/Stolen Card Report your Debit or Credit card Lost or Stolen. Select Services , then Lost/Stolen Card from the main menu. Choose your card from the drop down list to tell us if the card has been Lost or Stolen. Click Submit .
