9.6.3.4 If the holiday occurs in the 2 nd week of the pay period, and overtime overlaps pay periods due to the holiday (i.e. Friday-holiday, overtime worked into Saturday), the Regular pay for additional hours on the non-holiday will appear on next pay period. 9.6.3.5 If the holiday occurs in the 1 st week of the pay period, all hours and overtime worked will appear on same pay period. 9.6.4 If they do not work on the holiday at all, the timesheet should be left blank on that day.
