9.7.2.1 If an employee is not scheduled to work on the holiday, but clocks out during holiday hours (it falls on Week 1 – Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday), 5 hours of Regular is recorded on day 1 (7pm – midnight), and the remaining 7 hours is recorded as Holiday Premium on day 2.

Two Day Holidays - Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving always occurs on a Thursday and a Friday.

9.9 Thursday is the city observed and actual holiday, whereas Friday is an extra day given by the city (city observed). 9.10 Benton G1 (Week 1-MTF, Week 2-SSWTH) – If the holiday occurs in week 1; the employee would be scheduled off Thursday, but come in to work at 7pm Friday night, leaving Saturday morning. 9.10.1 The employee would receive 5 hours of Holiday Premium on Friday, and the additional 7 hours of Regular would need to be recorded on the Wednesday prior to the holiday for the employee to receive credit in the same pay period. ( IF the holiday occurs during the 2 nd week of the pay period, which would push the Saturday hours into the next pay period) 9.10.2 If the holiday occurs during the 1 st week of the pay period, the additional 7 hours of Regular can be recorded on Saturday like normal. 9.11 Benton G2 (Week 1 – SSWTH, Week 2 – MTF) – If the holiday occurs in week 1; the employee would come in on Wednesday at 7pm, leaving on the holiday (Thursday) at 7:30am; employee then returns to work at 7pm on Thursday night (still within the holiday). 9.11.1 The employee would receive 5 hours of Regular on Wednesday, and 19 hours of Holiday Premium on Thursday. Three Day Holidays - Christmas 9.12 All observed days occur within Same Pay Period
