Ulster Rugby in partnership with Sotic, has planned, designed and launched a new responsive website with the customer journey at the forefront of delivery. Following a stakeholder consultation and a review of analytical data, the new website was carefully planned by the Communications Team. Visitors will find all news, information and entertainment on the left side of the desktop website and all e-commerce, corporate and match-related information on the right-hand side. Mobile users will find that they can directly access the latest Ulster Rugby news and latest video content from the home screen - making sure they are kept up to date with all the latest professional and provincial rugby news. With one touch, users can access tickets, shop the latest Ulster Rugby merchandise and access a burger menu, directing them to the rest of the site.
