Thousands of San Diegans are expected to receive Holy Commun- ion at rites and Masses, which will , begin with sunrise programs. In St. Joseph's Cathedral, Third 1 Ave. and Beech St., Most Rev. Charles Francis Buddy, Bishop of the San Diego Dic,cese, will cele- brate a Solemn Pontifical High Mass at 10 a.m. He will preach and impart the Papal Blessing follow- ing the "fas,.
