Staffing

Officials:

Referees and assistant referees will be qualified officials, appointed by the Peterborough & District Football League. The cost of the referees and assistants is included within the match fee.

Co-ordinator: The League Co-ordinator will be the first point of contact for all teams.

Responsibilities on team organisers

Team organisers will be required to:

register the team and players with the league organisers (by email) Be the main point of contact for the League Co-ordinator for all team-related matters (the majority of which will be done via email)

The ethos of the league is to keep administrative work for team organisers to a minimum

League Governance

Discipline:

The use of temporary time suspensions (sin bins) and the exclusion of a player arising from the issuing of a red card are the disciplinary sanctions for use in this league. Further details can be found in Appendix 1 – Discipline sanctions for The FA Elevens All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game as determined by the International Football Association Board. The Peterborough & District FA Elevens pilot league is affiliated to Northamptonshire Foot- ball Association, which means that:

Insurance:

The competition is covered under the NFA’s Public Liability Insurance

Registered players are covered by a personal accident insurance policy with Sportsguard. Contact the League Co-ordinator if you wish to make a claim. All questions of eligibility, qualification of players or interpretation of the rules shall be re- ferred to the League Officers. Breaches of league rules will be dealt with by the League Officers whose decisions are sub- ject to appeal in accordance with FA procedures.
