WHAT TO PRAY AS YOU RECEIVE CHRIST: Pray in your own words and ask Jesus to come into your life. Ask for His forgiveness for your sins and surrender completely to Him. Christ knows your heart and is more concerned with the attitude of your heart than with your words. If you do not know WHAT to pray, then pray this prayer from your heart. “Oh Heavenly Father, I know I am a sinner. I am sorry for my sin. Please forgive me of all my sin and change me. I know I cannot save myself, but I know you can save me. I want to know You! I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins and was raised from the dead. So right now, please come into me, and be my LORD. I give you the throne of my life. I turn over the control of my being into Your hands from this day forward. For the rest of my life, I choose to worship and love You. Thank You for Your promise to save me, and to give me Your eternal life. Right here — right now, I put my trust in You. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen.”
