Furthermore, I will not allow any unauthorized person or persons to inspect or have access to any Confidential Information, regardless of its media format, and I will report any unauthorized access to my supervisor(s) as soon as I become aware of it. I understand that this does not limit my ability to discuss authorized information with other employees pursuant to Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act. Finally, I will not remove any Confidential Information, or records containing Confidential Information from [________________] School, unless authorized to do so by my supervisor(s), and I will return such records to the School upon termination of any assignment, or as requested by my supervisor(s). I understand that if I do not comply with the [________________] School Confidentiality Agreement, I may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of my employment, and/or legal action. I acknowledge that it is impossible to measure in money the damages that would accrue to School by reason of my failure to observe any of the obligations imposed on me under this agreement. Accordingly, I agree that, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of this paragraph, School may suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled, in addition to any damages and any other remedies provided by law, to injunctive relief to enforce this agreement..
