Freshwater recreational boat owners are required to purchase and display a current Mussel Fee Sticker. Scan the QR code to go directly to the DMV sticker sales page. Stickers are a separate transaction from vessel registration and renewal. Mussel Fee Stickers may also be purchased at your local DMV office, or AAA branch offices for members. www.dmv.ca.gov/MusselFee
