The range of products contains CNC tube bending machines up to 170mm OD, 1-axis-controlled tube benders and working machines for hydraulic tubing as well as tube measuring systems and software solutions. Highlights include an all-electric and fully automatic tube bending machine of the Tubotron line, that easily bends tubes and pipes up to 40mm outside diameter. The machine starts a new generation of CNC bending machines, which can be flexibly customised to the respective tube bending application. Available as right-hand bender, left-hand bender or even right and left hand bender the machine combines rotary draw bending with very tight bending radii with freeform-bending by means of stack tooling and a booster facility. Work- cell integration is possible. Because of its all-electric design the tube bender leads to significant savings of energy and upkeep costs and also noticeable reduction of the noise level. Furthermore, Tracto-Technik presents a new version of its Pipefab software package. This modularly designed produc- tion management software for piping is able to support and manage the entire lifecycle of pipes and pipe systems, starting from engineering and design over procurement,

production to implementation, operation and maintenance of the pipes. Thus all singular links of the ‘digital chain of piping’ are systematically integrated in just one solution. and assembly up

TUBE Tech Machinery’s FL 250 3D allows laser tube cutting for diameters ranging from 15 to 300mm. It is equipped with numerical control CNC Tube Tech Motion, drives and motors, Heidenhain optical lines and transducers. Care was taken choosing first class components, for maximum reliability, including guides, bearings, cross and pre- charged roll mandrels, circulating screws and precision reducers. FL 250 3D is equipped with a double tube loading system: one from bundle and one from chain; the first is composed of an automatically rewinding belt lifting structure and singliser with double motoring and automatic adjustment to the tube diameter, while the second, which is also suitable for loading open section profiles, is composed of chains with V supports. The chain feed speed automatically adjusts to the tube diameter and weight. Three independent manipulators allow mandrel feeding from both loading systems.
