GRIND Master offers automatic polishing machines for hairline and bright finishing of square/rectangular tubes. These are conveyorised machines offered with up to 14 polishing heads and throughput of up to 14 m/min. The polishing head has motorised up/down adjustment and automatic wheel wear compensation. The wheel oscillation is also provided for achieving better finishing results. A liquid polishing compound spray system and coolant system is included. A wide range of wheels like abrasive flap wheels, non-woven abrasive wheels, sisal wheels and cotton buffs can be used on this machine for achieving the desired finish most economically. The polishing wheel has 150mm width and therefore multiple tubes of smaller size can be polished together.
