Anticor develops acid picking tank made from thermoplastic

extrusion welding technology and hydro- thermo radius forming technology and besides butt fusion technology, Anticor has developed a radius instead of a right angle corner at the bottom of tank, which helps improve mechanical strength. Fabrication technology offers better performance, higher efficiency, higher productivity, lower rejection, zero failure and an environment-friendly atmosphere. Anticor pickling tanks are supplied with accessories such as nozzles, heating/ cooling coils, integral suction ducting for fume exhaust, integral slope for drain, lifting arrangement and top lid cover. Solid all-plastic tanks incorporate a massive load support structure for mechanical strength when galvanising heavy weight structures. Welding quality is confirmed by the three-point bend test, specimen seam is subjected to test of tensile and impact resistance property.
