The Apache Safety NRS-SC-01 Stair Chair is an evacuation chair that is meant for transporting a non-ambulant person down flights of stairs. THE APACHE SAFETY NRS-SC-01 STAIR CHAIR IS A MUST-HAVE ... for industrial buildings where quick evacuations may become necessary in the event of an emergency. The NRS-SC-01 Stair Chair is a seat mounted on a metal frame with handles at the top of the backrest and on the base. This allows one team member to carry the Stair Chair from the back and the other to maneuver and lift the Stair Chair from the front. The front handles extend, so that the operator will not have to adjust or bump the passenger’s feet while in motion. Both sets of handles are designed to be easy to grip to ensure safety. FOR EASY STORAGE AND TRANSPORT ... the NRS-SC-01 Stair Chair can be collapsed to measure 90 cm in length by 54 cm in width by 17 cm in height. When opened, the NRS-SC-01 Stair Chair measures 69 cm by 51 cm by 91 cm.

Designed for use in confined areas. Ideal for use in restaurants, high-rise office buildings, airplanes, boats, narrow hallways and stairwells. 2” standard automotive-style patient restraint straps included with each chair. Green vinyl covers are made of 18 oz. material and are fungus and rot resistant for long-lasting durability and easy cleanup.

A storage/carrying case is also available (JSA-800-B) separately.
