“ Scott - I wanted to let you know we are very pleased with the extraordinary team you have at Merritt. They completely renovated our facility after 19 years and the crew did an amazing job. Three people particularly shined and you should give special recognition for their effective approach, great client service and can-do spirit. You should be proud of these three rock stars - they are very talented and help make Merritt the leader in the real estate community. Over a three year period (2014 to 2017), Jamie Campbell worked with me and developed a lease and plan to conquer this project. He diligently and meticulously followed through on a myriad of small and large topics and interfaced with many vendors to bring this plan to fruition. Consummate professional working with executives and blue collar teammates in an effective communication style. Bill McAllister was our on-site project manager who tackled the communication between a myriad of vendors and effectively followed through on Marlin’s requirements and enabled smooth execution. He got the trains running on time and faster than planned in many cases. Lenny Adkins built us a road in the rear and diplomatically handled the BGE team and accelerated their plodding glacial pace. He is a real gem for the team with a huge smile on his face and deep knowledge of how we would tackle each element of the project.”

Mindy handles any calls we make to her, big or small, like were the only customers she has. She has even taken my calls on weekends! We are very grateful for her attention to detail, her quick responses, and her follow-up. She makes any experience better.
