1. Click the File tab.

The Backstage View is displayed.

2. Click Options.

Click

The Outlook Options dialog box opens.

3. Select the Mail button.

Click Mail

The Mail Format pane appears.

4. Click the Signatures button.

Click Signatures...

The Signatures and Stationery dialog box opens.

5. Select the E-mail account list.

Click E-mail account

A list of e-mail accounts managed by Outlook appears.

6. Select the desired e-mail account. The e-mail account appears in the E- mail account box.

Click Microsoft Exchange Server or the account indicated by your instructor

7. Select the New messages list.

Click New messages

A list of available signatures appears.

8. Select the desired default signature. The selected signature name appears in the New messages box.

Click Marketing

9. Select the Replies/forwards list.

Click Replies/forwards

A list of available signatures appears.

10. Select the desired default signature. The selected signature name appears in the Replies/ forwards box.
