Rental rates increase in most markets

You can see the countries that are pushing rates while potentially losing occupancy, and those that have managed to increase both rental rates and occupancy. Germany and Austria stand out as the only markets that dropped both occupancy and revenue. They are also the markets with the largest amount of small, micro stores, which could be influencing the results. Portugal is a developing market with more stores in fill up stage.
