PURCHASING ACADEMY

INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND PURCHASING This training is designed for purchasing managers responsible for construction projects and covers all topics from the design stage to the completion of the project and its handover.

OBJECTIVES • The training aims to make participants aware of the skills required for managing and purchasing a civil engineering project and constructing industrial buildings. These include project feasibility indicators, construction operations mounting strategy, risk management, value-creation drivers, purchasing strategy, contracts, and the presentation of a simplified method of construction project pricing and scheduling, all from an international perspective.
