WCM AND RISK PREVENTION

GREENBELT COURSE: CUSTOMER FOCUS & SERVICE This course is aimed at Pillar leaders and members who will help to spread the WCM culture in the organization. The greenbelt training is comprised of 3 main components: on site training with practical exercises, completion of a project following a loss reduction route, final test and presentation of project in 13 weeks. Greenbelt certification is achieved with the successful completion of project and test.

OBJECTIVES

• Process mapping and deployments - define supply chain flow and boundaries, KPI’s and targets, logistic cost analysis. • Process Reengineering - cell mfg/product lines, bottleneck management, demand management and decoupling point definition • Overview of loss reduction routes for improvement teams - LT reduction in business process, LT/WIP reduction, Inventory reduction

PARTICIPANTS

Minimum of 9-12 months with SG Typical job function of Supervisor, Engineer, Department Leader, Pillar Member, Steering Committee Member, Controller
