WCM AND RISK PREVENTION

GREENBELT COURSE: PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT This course is aimed at Pillar leaders and members who will help to spread the WCM culture in the organization. The greenbelt training is comprised of 3 main components: on site training with practical exercises, completion of a project following a loss reduction route, final test and presentation of project in 13 weeks. Greenbelt certification is achieved with the successful completion of project and test.

OBJECTIVES

• Introduction to basic concepts and definition of competence • Overview of loss reduction routes for improvement teams - competence gap reduction, business process optimization • Systematic improvement activities - training and education pillar • Training on main tools - skill matrix and assessment, one point lesson, overall training effectiveness, gap analysis

PARTICIPANTS

Minimum of 9-12 months with SG Typical job function of Supervisor, Engineer, Department Leader, Pillar Member, Steering Committee Member, Controller

• To analyze and solve quality problems. • To be Involved in quality improvement projects. • To participate in a project.
